We clean rugs and fitted carpets on site after assessing the fibre, backing and drying conditions. Send the area, photos and care label if available. For offices, we agree room access and when foot traffic can resume.

The usual problem is: dust, sand, stains, hair, pet smell, dark traffic lanes on fitted carpets and office dirt. Before cleaning we ask for photos, district and a short description, because the same service name can mean a very different amount of work.

The method depends on the material. Fabric upholstery, mattresses and carpets may be extraction-cleaned where their construction and care instructions allow it. Leather is cleaned using a separate method without extraction rinsing.

After wet cleaning, ventilate the area and wait until the material is fully dry. Drying time depends on the material and local conditions. Follow the aftercare instructions before using the surface again.

Before arrival it helps to remove small items from furniture or floor, provide access to water and electricity and, if possible, ventilate after cleaning. After the job we explain drying time and when the sofa, mattress, carpet or car can be used normally again.
